We’ll walk through your home to identify safety concerns and recommend simple solutions. This includes checking for tripping hazards, loose fixtures, poor lighting, outdated smoke or CO detectors, and areas where grab bars or handrails could improve security.

If you choose to hire us for any of the improvements we recommend, we’ll apply the $150 from your Safety Check toward that next project.

Grab bar Installation

We’ll professionally install grab bars in your bathroom, shower, or other areas of the home to improve safety and peace of mind.

We’ll ensure proper placement, secure anchoring, and a clean finish so you can count on lasting support.

Feel confident knowing your grab bars are installed with safety and care—helping you or your loved ones move with independence at home.

Cost is for labor per each grab bar and does not include materials.

Install or Repair of Bathroom Fixtures

We’ll install or repair your bathroom fixtures such as towel bars, toilet paper holders, robe hooks, or other mounted accessories.

If your project requires extra time or specialty hardware, we’ll review details with you before work begins.

Rest easy knowing your bathroom updates will be handled quickly, neatly, and with care—so you can enjoy a polished space without the hassle.

Door lock / Deadbolt installation

Professional installation of entry locks and deadbolts on up to 2 doors (4 locks total). Service includes proper fitting, alignment, and testing for smooth, secure operation.
• $150 is our minimum service charge, covering up to 4 locks
• Additional locks can be installed during the same visit — final pricing will depend on the number of locks and door preparation required
• Homeowner provides locks unless arranged in advance

Bathroom Sink Faucet – Repair or Replacement

Swap out your old faucet for a fresh one—customer can provide the faucet, or I can pick up and deliver. Cost is for labor only.

Note: Standard service pricing applies to typical installations or repairs. Specialty, oversized, or complex models may require additional labor charges.

Note: Vinyl replacement window glass can be replaced; however, fogging over time is possible. This service is ideal as a safe, short-term solution—especially for property managers—until a full window replacement is arranged.
